Arum's streaming Thumbnails

Arum's Character

Arum is an indie Vtuber and she streams on two platforms, YouTube and TikTok. She has a fairly large community and is sponsored by a company. I created a design to use as a thumbnail for her live stream, and a YouTube banner. You can see the design down below.

The first design

The image above is the first design. She likes the purple color, so I gave it a Gradient Purple to Indigo color to make it looks modern. To match the character, I made the circular, sci-fi thing to gave a futuristic and gamer vibes. She like it very much.

The image above is the YouTube thumbnail, the design has 1920 x 1080 pixels, and 16:9 screen ratio. The design took the most trending design styles which is frequently used for the Vtubers recently. A minimalistic design, flat-style sans fonts, and the game picture as the background. I also used a gradient purple to indigo for the color of the font and the frame around it. (it suits her pretty much though... XD)

YouTube Banner

Surprisingly enough, she has no banner in her YouTube, so I gave her a little bonus. It has the same color, which is purple to indigo gradient color. I took the circular sci-fi thing in the middle and added some shapes to make it look futuristic. Technically, YouTube banner has a weird resolutions boundary to me, because it should be a QHD resolutions for different viewable devices. You can see the boundary down below, and you will know what I mean.

As you can see, I have to design the banner in the specific way. Basically a design that can be viewed on multiple devices. I put most things in the middle because Her viewers usually use desktop and smartphone, so I ignore the design for TV.
